Deborah has made it clear in so many words (even
though she rarely speaks) that she wants Rachel to stay away from her.
This is quite a step forward for
Deborah, who in the past has allowed Rachel to intimidate her. Not only
is this step forward good for Deborah, it will no doubt have a positive
ripple effect on those in the system affected by Deborah's distress and
by the behavior causing it.
