We contacted an organization that refers homebuyers to "exclusive buyer
agents" (they represent buyers only) which stated that if there were no
such agents in our area, we would be referred to a regular agent who's
contracted to live up to certain standards in dealing with buyers. We
were referred to one of the latter.
Dude has his f*cking flunky call
us. Too busy to call us himself. Apparently Flunky does most of the
legwork with the clients and only connects client with Dude when it's
important enough.
No f*cking thank you. Do not send us a
follow-up email. If you don't have the time to deal with clients
personally, then f*ck you sideways, and f*ck the swayback horse you rode
in on.
