The buyer agents association followed up with us via email, and we gave them an earful.
I was completely unsatisfied with the agent to which you referred me. Apparently it was a one-agent (owner) office with an assistant who is not a licensed agent but who does all of the "legwork" with the clients.
If
an agent does not have time to meet with clients personally and develop
a working relationship, then I do not want to do business with that
agent. [...]
Unless you can refer me to an agent who's more fully committed to working with clients directly, then I suppose that I am on my own.
