We posted agreement with a PsychForums thread in which people stated that internal systems, and the ages of the
people therein, are what the system needs them to be. And that just
about anything is possible.
For the record, our body age is 55
and the oldest person in our system is 25. We see the body as a
container/vehicle and not as a person. Our insiders do not age as our
body ages.
A possible explanation as to why we have no insiders
older than the body: We see each insider as a part of the whole and
derived from the whole. Individuals can only have characteristics and
abilities that exist somewhere within the whole. The authority figures
in our childhood did not teach us sufficient skills, so we did not
associate older people with having valuable skills. Therefore, it would
never occur to our system to create an insider older than the body.
