We reached out to all three online support groups for multiples where we participate. Including the group that we hadn't visited for about three months. The posts can get more intense there than we can sometimes deal with. Our issue, not anyone else's. But we didn't want to lose our membership in the group.
The group's founder responded to our message there. We appreciated this. But other than that, no response from anyone anywhere.
We ate a Lean Cuisine spaghetti and meatballs entree. And we have one last dinner salad left. We make three days' worth of them at a time from bagged ingredients and some other things. But this last time, we waited five days after buying everything to actually prepare them. The resulting salads were wilty but not spoiled. It was all that we could do to muster the energy to make them then.
We've learned that we don't fare well in humidity. Our region is usually humid during the warmer months, but during the last few years, it's been abysmal. Menopause proved this. Menopause has finished, but climate change continues to wreak havoc on our natural environment and ratchet up our depression exponentially.
I don't know how we can keep going when we feel so worn down. Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Completely.
