Tackling all the details at once is
difficult. I'm not a detail person, and I don't do well multitasking.
I need to do one thing at a time at a comfortable pace. And that's
usually too slow for today's world. :-/
Yes, it is happening quickly. It has to. Apartments go so quickly here. We don't want to lose this one.
The
home inspector that our agent recommended didn't get back to us. We
found another one on HomeAdvisor who answered his cell phone right away
and was very helpful, giving us a reasonable quote. The inspection will
take place on Tuesday at 7pm, with us/MDs and our agent present.
