During the last three months, we've had to take some extra steps in practicing self-care. It's been difficult for us, Charity in particular, to do more than the bare minimum of obligation--work, household, therapy. We'll leave Charity to elaborate further if and when she's ready.
It's our hope that we'll be able to get back to posting here on a regular basis. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
