Last night our T brought up EMDR again. We've always refused. As in NO. F*CKING. WAY. (Okay, we didn't say "f*cking," but you get the point.)

We don't do hypnosis. And we don't do EMDR. Period. Exclamation point. So don't suggest it again. Ever.
